about me

story

Hi everyone!

I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, IIPA (International Iridology Practitioner Association) Certified Iridologist, and a Metabolic Coach. In addition to that, I possess an M.B.B.S from B.N. Mandal University, India. I worked in the health care field for almost two decades. I am enthusiastic to make a difference in the lives of people all around and set up the best plans for their health and well- being by integrating the knowledge I have in the field of health and nutrition.

I would love to make you learn about your health through Iridology. Iridology involves the process of iris analysis that helps me understand your health holistically and allows me to gain valuable information about your constitutional strength, inherited weaknesses, and personality patterns; to bestow you the optimal health.

I also feel excited to be a part of your journey as a metabolic balance coach. I can help you follow through the personalized metabolic balanced nutrition plan that is based on unique blood values, medical history, and personal likes and dislikes. It can act as a "road-map" for you, indicating exactly which natural foods you should eat in order to orchestrate the biochemical changes needed for reaching your desired health goals.

Not limited to this, I cherish you by providing some lifestyle recommendations based on your need - for better engagement and motivation in self-care; to meet the unmet needs and bring harmony in health in realistic ways.

My mission is to empower individuals and future health care professionals with a wealth of knowledge that helps them to reach a point where they not only help themselves but also others to the utmost. I love singing, dancing and enjoying time with nature. I have always believed that "The journey of moving within is a journey to superlative health". I want you to enjoy your journey with me.

FAQ

This is very interesting to me! One thing is very clear to me from the beginning of my career; I am passionate to work for the people that make them feel better in any way. After coming to Canada, I feed my need, by volunteering in a reputed hospital for more than 5 years. The only thing that keeps me in the field of health care is my passion to work for the people and making a difference in their lives.

Although I was grown up in the family of conventional practitioners, I always saw my grandmother and mother implementing a famous quote in their day-to-day lives, "Eat your food as your medicines otherwise you have to eat medicines as your food". I saw them using some natural herbs to prevent and even treat some conditions like diabetes, adrenal fatigue, general aches, inflammation, and even gastric discomfort. Interestingly, I found that using these herbal remedies did not affect the chronic conditions (hypothyroidism, diabetes, and heart issues) my mother suffers from. Also, I found my grandparents never suffer any chronic condition.

Honestly, I never trusted those principles until I saw my 4-year-old daughter suffer from recurrent allergies (6-7 times in a year). I felt deep pain when I had to give her something for instant relief (puffers) for her symptoms of breathlessness. Her symptoms were most of the time acute. Then, I started looking for some natural remedies to conquer her illness and I did. I started taking care of her holistically through diet (anti-inflammatory diet), environment, stressors, and started using some herbs to build her immune system. Gradually, the frequency and severity of her symptoms decreased.

At this point, I started seeking answers to my previous question about why my mother suffers from all those conditions besides using natural remedies and with no family history of those conditions. These questions triggered my desire to expand my knowledge and thus I decided to study about holistic nutrition at a leading school of nutrition in Canada. It was a worth decision, I learned that gene expression plays a significant role in determining your state of health and I correlated that with my mother. I realized the huge difference between the food, environment, and lifestyle of my grandmother and mother (compared the difference between countryside and city lifestyle). Also, I found that despite of the suffering from all those conditions; my mother is still living and enjoying a quality life because of natural remedies that she has been using so far. That is what makes me think about bringing balance in my life and life of others by opting for holistic nutrition.

  • As a holistic nutritionist and clinical iridologist, I believe prevention and balance is the best thing to adhere with and also true healing comes from an integrated approach.

I help my clients by preventing the issues related to health through the study of their irises that enables me to know the weaknesses in their body and help them overcome those weaknesses through personalized nutritional plan, empowering them with recommendations for healthy lifestyle, and integrating some natural health products with healing properties.

I also work integrally with other health care practitioners to understand the client's health concerns deeply and know the root cause of their concern. This eventually improves their condition and helps them achieve their desired health goals.

I work with clients that are seeking to achieve optimal health goals in life. I also help clients with existing health conditions (like weight imbalance, hormonal imbalances, chronic conditions, indigestion) by sustaining a quality of life throughout the process of healing and suggesting any specific therapy based on their need.
